| Things To Think About
First! |
| Have
a look at the business directory to see how others have
entered their business information and what type of pictures
have been used. You will be "building" a small
one page dynamic web site as you go so you may want to
consider the following points before you get started. |
- Give some thought to how you would describe your
business to a potential client.
- Try to define what category or sector your business
will be searched under.
- Be sure you know what geographical area your business
is located in i.e. Springwater, Barrie etc.
- Try to summarize your core service or key products.
- Gather information about any professional associations
or accreditations you or your business may have.
- Prepare a company logo and photo of your company,
product or staff for upload. See notes on
images and files.
- Consider what you are able to offer a student(s)
in Simcoe County by way of a work related experience,
these will be explained once you have signed up.
- Remember participation is
voluntary, but you can make a difference!
